RPS S.p.A. was set up in 1996 and incorporates all the activities of the RIELLO ELETTRONICA Group in the sector. The complete product range goes from 400VA right up to 6400kVA, and may be found in all levels and all sectors of information technology, as well as in domestic and industrial plants, telecommunications and the electro-medical sector. Riello UPS today is one of the leading companies in Europe for the supply of single-phase and three-phase UPSs in the power range from 400VA to 6400kVA; the product range currently includes over 60 different models in the various technologies, Line Interactive and On Line, and also includes stabilizers, backup units for safety and emergency applications, racks and communication software.  AROS was set up in 1935 and in a short space of time became the leading Italian manufacturer of voltage stabilizers, transformers and power supplies for lighting. In the 1950's AROS - the first in Italy - started producing the ballast for neon lighting under American licence. It thus became the leading company nationally in the lighting components sector. In the 80's it obtained an important order from IBM for the development, design and production of switching power supplies for computers. It thus acquired the know-how on the PWM (Pulse-Width-Modulation) technology that enabled it to enter the Uninterruptible Power Supply market. It nevertheless continued with the production of components for lighting and voltage stabilizers, thanks to its long-standing leading position in the sector. UPSs became the leading product for the company which saw the composition of its turnover evolve along with its performance and penetration of the national and international market. In Italy AROS is the reference company in the electrical world, having the highest market share in specialised distribution through over 700 retail outlets located throughout Italy and more than 50 foreign distributors over the five continents. |
 AVS ELECTRONICS started its activities in 1974 in the sector of electronic equipment for global safety management, access controls and fire prevention. Its facilities are currently located in Curtarolo (in the province of Padua), where the following units are found: - General Management; - Administrative offices; - Commercial offices; - Design, Research and Development Department; - Production of equipment, divided into the Raw materials purchasing office, the Raw materials warehouse, Cards and semi-finished products department, Assembly testing department, Packaging; - a vast finished products warehouse, from where the shipping of products is also effected.
